Cash buyers and owner-financed sales do not require an appraisal but your client may want to be assured they have accurate square footage and are not paying too much for a property. Appraisals for clients with an agent referral starting at $300.
Investment (fix-and-flip) Appraisals – If you have an investor client, an As Is / As Repaired Value appraisal can help them assess the viability of a project. Appraisals for fix-and-flip clients start at $400 with an agent referral.
